Hudson Technology Inc, which is building the new $300 million Hudson Bayfront campus in New York, is launching a $1 million scholarship for its web developers, according to a release.
The program, which offers financial aid to those with web development experience, will be open to students in their first year at the company, the release said.
It is the second time in as many years that the company has announced an scholarship program, the company said in the release.
Hudson is a division of Hudson-based developer-focused technology company Kroll, which has been building out a large, $300-million campus in Manhattan’s Financial District.
The company has also partnered with the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation to help create a new regional economic hub and development hub in the Hudson River Valley.
Hudsons main focus is on creating high-quality, high-value online services that will help businesses, individuals and families navigate the ever-changing digital landscape.
