C++ Web Developers can save nearly $500 per year by adopting web frameworks such as AngularJS and React, according to a new report.
While this report from research firm IDC does not offer much detail on how the companies performed, it does suggest that the average web developer will save roughly $600 per year, on average.
IDC found that the most common type of web development is in-browser, and that this translates into savings of about $500 a year.
It also says that while the web developer can save by using frameworks such the AngularJS framework and React Native, the real cost of doing this is in the development process, which typically requires several months of development.
It says that the vast majority of web developers will save $100 per year on this cost, with a median savings of $30 per month.
The report comes on the heels of the publication of a report from IDC that found that mobile developers could save up to $3,400 per year if they adopt mobile-first, or lean mobile development practices.
